    Time to Destress Thursdays

    Our weekly meetings

    We meet for 45min to 1 hour, connect with each other, learn some de-stressing techniques for the mind, breath, and body, and have fun! Every meeting is free and open to all, any breath-work and meditation is led by certified instructors, and made simple and accessible!

    Happiness Retreats

    Our signature event

    The SKY Happiness Retreat is an internationally acclaimed life-skills program that helps one develop a relaxed, stress-free mind and an energetic, healthy body. The retreat spans across 3 sessions of three hours, each building upon the previous one, and teaches tools such as meditation, yoga, breathwork, self-exploration, and socio-emotional development in a fun and experiential format.

    Snehal Patil


    I have been involved with the SKY Engineering club since 2021. I am grateful to have met some amazing people through this club. My favorite pastime is biking, hiking, badminton, and cooking. I believe in striving to be a better version of yourself because there is always room to grow.

    I am in my final year of PhD study in the field of electromagnetics. I started meditating about 3 years ago when I joined SKY Engineering and have met a tremendous amount of good people. My favorite hobbies outside of school is going to concerts and seeing live music in every capacity.
